We are here to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

Need help today? La Leche League of Ridgewood offers FREE parent-to-parent breastfeeding support. You can get help by speaking with an accredited volunteer Leader by phone, attending one of our three monthly meetings, messaging our Facebook page, or joining our private Facebook group.

If you need help with a breastfeeding-related question or concern, contact one of our Leaders. Please bear in mind that our Leaders are all mothers who volunteer their time. If you can’t reach the first Leader you try, please leave a message and/or try the other Leaders. We do our best to respond to messages within 24 hours.
